i am looking forward to doing this as its quit bad it's a nice challenge and its got to the stage now that most imps will be well rusted and we have to try and save as many as possible
The floor is now nearly clear of underseal so i can make a start on cutting out the old rust
i think its going to be a long recovery ,i have cut the near side sill off to find that the box sill and ducting will only need small repairs so my plan is to repair this and then cut the floor edge back and replace that ,i dont see any point in cutting the inner box out if its still good as i like to keep as much of the original car as possible , the B post is damaged quit bad and i think the only way to repair it is to cut the damaged part out of the wing and may even look to fit a s/h wing

work is now big time on your car as i want to get it done
these are pictures of the inner panel which i have rescued from a crashed stiletto, as you can see i have sand blasted it and it's good so i will etch prime it before i cut it back to where i need to i'm going to, but joint it as i dont like to cut out more than is needed on the car
also included is pictures of the old panel plus the outer that im going to use
