How would I go about fitting a twin carb to my 68 chamois coupe, because it only has a single solex carb on it, and where would I get one.

the way to benifit most from a twin carb set up would be to uprate to sport spec, i.e. twin 125cd strombergs on a water heated manifold (not totally ness. but helpful) sport exhaust and matching dizzy, and the head with the larger valves and sport cam, i am led to believe it can be done in stages as money dictates, but i am not sure, perhaps some one else can comment. Hi every one Dave Atkin remas@globalnet.co.uk
I have just fitted a pair of 125 Stromies to my 1966 super imp was a simple job fitting manifold ect., however sorting the linkages out is another story, talk about agrivation, can you tell me how to pipe the manifold up, is it done with the by pas hose.

Dave,
" You're right about the plumbing for the coolant into the inlet manifold. It is in the radiator bypass hose. The coolant outlet pipe on the cylinder head is different between a Sport and a Standard Imp but this should pose little problems.
