Not in the results list, which does includes the retired cars, too. In the entrants list (participants), it is mentioned:

Fosse Way Motor Club Safari Rally

1968

GKV 799D Safari Rally 1968, Fosse Way
GKV 799D Safari Rally 1968, Fosse Way
who are these gentlemen?

Fosse Way is one of the four principal 'Roman' highways in Britain. The Fosse or Fosse-Way (Bath-Lincoln) had a 'fosse' (or ditch) on each side of it. So I take it to mean that the Fosse Way Motor Club is in the Bath-Lincoln area.
